When you buy a Satori Coin Chi, you will set aside the amount to be loaded into the coin and download a Loading Kit. Once you get your Satori Coin Chi in the mail, you'll use the Loading Kit to move the held amount from an escrow address to your Satori Coin Chi.
This method of order placement and shipment means that even if your Satori Coin Chi is stolen or lost in the mail, you will have the ability to recover your funds through the escrow private keys.
